What to expect

Our meeting rhythms:

  • Time: I typically book 50 minute sessions.

  • Scheduling: Most clients aim to meet weekly, but I can meet biweekly or as needed if my client load allows it. Consistency is often key, and I recommend a once or twice-a-week schedule at the start.

Meeting location: I live in Western Massachusetts

  • Virtual: Most sessions are virtual. Virtual meetings are helpful because we do not have to live in the same area, or you can squeeze me into your busy schedule with more flexibility for both of us.

  • Hybrid: Sometimes a hybrid version is possible. For example, I can meet in person for the first session and most others will follow in a virtual format.

  • In person: If I live within a short commute of your home, it’s possible to meet you at your home for a session if that works with our schedules. We can also meet at a library or outdoor location with a table.

Pricing:

  • Pricing per session:

    • 50 min session— $100

What you get with each session

      • Expert executive function (EF) support tailored to your current needs, goals, and challenges

      • Practical skill development you can apply beyond our sessions

      • In-session notes capturing strategies, insights, and next steps

      • Post-session email with key takeaways, resources, and action items

      • Ongoing accountability and partnership as you build sustainable systems

      • Collaboration with your support team, when helpful and with your permission — including therapists, teachers, advisors, parents, and other stakeholders

How to get in touch:

  • Contact me: For new clients, please leave your preferred contact information by filling out the “contact me” link above on this website. The more information you provide, the better. Once I’m in touch, we can communicate by email or phone.

What you won’t find:

  • My background is in the humanities. I can help students navigate study skills for tests, but if the student is seeking content support for STEM classes or languages other than English, I won’t have the expertise to help them with STEM or Modern or Classical languages beyond study support skills.

  • I work to meet every client where they are, centering their goals in the process. Parents/guardians and loved ones are key supporters, but the client's needs and personal goals remain the center of the process.

  • I won’t work with anyone under 18 without family or guardian permission and involvement.
